Mr Greynoise is a multi-style techno project by Nick Bugayev. Based in Montreal, Mr Greynoise bends the established genres and draws elements from trance, minimal and electro.

Early in 2008, Nick challenged himself to write fifty new tracks in the year ahead. This process gave birth to Mr Greynoise. He also created a label, Greynoise Recordings, as an outlet for many of these tracks. Nick has remixed DJ Omni for Elektrofone Records and Julio Montes for John Acquaviva's Definitive Records. His current sound is inspired by genre-crossing techno artists James Holden, Stephan Bodzin, Extrawelt, Deadmau5, as well as composers Gesualdo, Bach, Glass and Reich.
